The Cake That Disappears Faster Than the Zucchini Grows ❤️

Every garden has one recipe that quietly returns every summer.

Not because you planned it.

Simply because the zucchinis keep growing, the walnuts are ready next door, and the kitchen somehow starts smelling like cocoa and vanilla again.

Around here, that recipe is this marble Bundt cake.

Around here, the cake rarely lasts longer than two days.

Usually someone cuts “just one small piece.”

Then another.

By the next morning, only a few crumbs remain.

Some recipes stay because they’re impressive.

Others stay because they quietly become part of everyday life.

This one belongs to the second group.

Simple.

Reliable.

And every August, when the garden gives us more zucchini than we know what to do with, we bake it again.

Maybe that’s why it tastes like summer every single time.

Things we always have in our kitchen
